Stretch                        21 minutes

Body awareness   15 minutes

Stretch, Strength, Balance (weights optional)

                                         5 x 1 hour classes.

 

Unlimited access to all 9 classes from 1 December

2024 to 31 January 2025 

Cost: NZ$100.

If you want to combine the shorter classes into one longer class, I suggest the following order:

De-stress, weights, stretch, body awareness.
