What is Esoteric Connective Tissue Therapy?
Esoteric Connective Tissue Therapy (ECTT) is a gentle hands-on energetic manual healing modality. It is a very simple, yet as many attest, powerfully effective treatment that works directly with the energy flowing through the connective tissue system in order to support and restore the natural balance of the whole body.
Connective tissue protects and supports everything in the body. It is the body’s own ensheathing web.

What can I expect from a typical Esoteric Connective Tissue Therapy session?
The initial consultation is about an hour and a quarter as there is some paper work to complete. Further sessions are one hour. Each session involves manual therapy and dialogue between the practitioner and client which helps clarify the issue and its underlying physical, emotional and daily lived factors. It is most supportive to have a programme of five sessions initially (especially if an injury is present), with follow-up sessions when you feel to.

Esoteric Connective Tissue Therapy has to be experienced to be believed! It seems so simple – such small, anti-clockwise movements, many at the feet, arms and head - but it feels very powerful. With these simple movements I can feel my whole body re-aligning and when I get up from the treatment table I feel much freer and looser. I also feel deeply relaxed and very still and very much with my body (present in my physical body, rather than just in my head). I also lost about an inch off my thighs when I did my first training!
